The Pent concrete building is a modern contemporary building which suits a lot of city gardens, it can span across the bottom of the garden without creating a tall roof which could block you or your neighbors light. The roof is a lean-to style with a one ft (300mm) overhang to the front. The fascia and roof overhang is finished in maintenance free PVC cladding board. The pent building has a single door as standard with the option of adding two sizes of PVC windows 1000mm by 900mm or 500mm by 900mm.
